Body Well empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
Our session includes:
- Small group coaching
- Private accountability group to stay connected with other mamas in your group throughout your session
- Full Digital Library access for 8 weeks
- Exclusive Client Nutritional + Recipe Guide with seasonal recipes
- Unlimited support from your instructor...as much or as little as you need!
There are no refunds, credits or transfer for the Body Well program. If you should become pregnant or injured during the session, please alert your instructor and we will discuss your options with you.
*Body Well is not appropriate for expectant moms- please check out our prenatal program FIT4BABY or any of our other drop-in classes! It is also recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program.
