Terms and conditions for Maternity Leave 6-Week Membership

There are no cancelations, refunds or credits. This pass is valid for 6 weeks only and only for maternity leaves. If the intention is to continue on with classes after 6 weeks, another membership plan is likely better suited. Please register for the classes you plan to attend and cancel your registration up to 1 hour before class whenever practical. There is an enrollment fee that may be discounted if plan is purchased within 24 hours of attending your free class.
